Share Your Round: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO SUBMIT A PRODUCT REVIEW ON ROBERASHOP.COM. HOWEVER, THE REVIEW REWARD AND THE OWNER STORY CONTEST DESCRIBED BELOW ARE OPEN ONLY TO VERIFIED OWNERS OF A ROBERA GOLF CADDY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Share Your Round (the "Promotion") has two parts: the Honest Review Reward (Part A) and the Owner Story Contest (Part B). By taking part, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final on all matters relating to the Promotion.

1. Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored by Robera, 17800 Castleton Street, City of Industry, CA 91748, United States.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on [September 22, 2026] and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on October 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper. Submissions received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

To take part, you must, at the time of submission:

• be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia;
• be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state of residence, if older); and
• be a verified owner of a Robera golf caddy. "Verified owner" means the email address or order number you provide matches a purchase recorded on roberashop.com or a crowdfunding pledge fulfilled by Sponsor.

The following people are not eligible: employees, officers and contractors of Sponsor and its affiliates; Sponsor's distributors, dealers, resellers and wholesale customers; anyone involved in administering the Promotion; and members of the immediate family or household of any of them. Customers whose Robera caddy order was fully refunded or returned are not eligible.

4. Part A: Honest Review Reward

4.1 How to qualify

During the Promotion Period, submit a review of your Robera golf caddy that includes at least one photo or one video, using either the review form at roberashop.com/pages/customer-reviews or the review link in an email from Robera.

4.2 Who can receive the reward

The reward is available only to verified owners who had not submitted a review of a Robera product on roberashop.com before the start of the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) reward per person, household and order.

4.3 The reward

The first thirty (30) eligible reviews received, as determined by the submission time recorded by Sponsor's review system, will each receive one (1) box of twelve (12) Robera golf balls (approximate retail value: $[59]). If a review is found ineligible, the reward passes to the next eligible review in order of submission. Once 30 rewards have been allocated, no further rewards will be given, and Sponsor will update the campaign page to show that rewards have run out.

4.4 Your review is your own

Rewards are not conditioned on the rating or content of your review. Sponsor will not reject, hide or delay publishing any review based on its rating or sentiment. Sponsor may decline to publish, and may disqualify, a submission only if it is not about the product, contains offensive or unlawful content, includes someone else's personal information, infringes a third party's rights, or is not submitted by the verified owner. Reviews submitted during the Promotion may be labeled as having been submitted in connection with a reward.

4.5 Delivery

Sponsor will contact reward recipients by email to confirm a U.S. shipping address. If a recipient does not respond within fourteen (14) days of Sponsor's first email, the reward will be forfeited and passed to the next eligible review. Sponsor aims to ship rewards within [four (4)] weeks after address confirmation. Rewards ship to U.S. addresses only.

5. Part B: Owner Story Contest

5.1 How to enter

During the Promotion Period, submit an original video of 30 to 60 seconds showing your Robera golf caddy in use, by either:

• uploading the video with a review at roberashop.com/pages/customer-reviews; or
• replying to a Share Your Round email from Robera with the video attached, or with a link from which Sponsor can download the video file.

Both methods are equally valid. You do not need to be eligible for the Part A reward to enter the contest. Limit one (1) contest entry per person. If you submit more than one video, Sponsor will judge the first eligible video received.

5.2 Video requirements

Your video must:

• be filmed by you, and show your own Robera golf caddy being used on a golf course or practice facility;
• be 30 to 60 seconds long (videos slightly outside this range may be accepted at Sponsor's discretion);
• not include copyrighted music, or third-party logos, artwork or content you do not have the right to use;
• include other identifiable people only if you have their permission, and include anyone under 18 only with the permission of their parent or guardian;
• not show unsafe, illegal or reckless behavior; and
• not contain offensive, defamatory or misleading content, or disparage any person or company.

Entries that do not meet these requirements will be disqualified.

5.3 Judging

This is a contest of skill. Chance plays no part in selecting the winner. After the Promotion Period ends, a panel of Sponsor's employees will judge all eligible entries by [November 7, 2026] using the following criteria:

• Authenticity: how genuine and real the experience feels (40%)
• On-course use: how clearly the video shows the caddy in real use during play (35%)
• Creativity: storytelling, originality and visual interest (25%)

Whether a video is positive or negative about Robera is not a judging criterion. In the event of a tie, the tied entry with the highest Authenticity score will win. If a tie remains, the panel will re-judge the tied entries on Authenticity alone.

5.4 Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Robera cart bag (approximate retail value: $[599]). No cash or other substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. At the winner's request, Sponsor may ship the prize as a gift to another U.S. address.

 

5.5 Winner notification

Sponsor will notify the winner by email by [November 10, 2026]. The winner must reply within seven (7) days to confirm eligibility and a U.S. shipping address, and may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and publicity release. If the winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the entrant with the next-highest score. If no entry meets the requirements of these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right not to award the prize.

6. License to Use Your Submission

By submitting a review, photo or video in connection with the Promotion (a "Submission"), whether through the review form or by email, you:

• grant Sponsor and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display and distribute your Submission, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, including on Sponsor's websites, social media channels, email and paid advertising, without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law;
• grant Sponsor the right to use your first name, last initial, city and state, and your likeness and voice as they appear in your Submission, for the same purposes; and
• represent that the Submission is your original work, that you own or have obtained all rights needed to grant this license, and that you have the permission of every identifiable person who appears in it.

You keep ownership of your Submission. When Sponsor uses a Submission in advertising, Sponsor will disclose that the creator received or was eligible for a reward or prize where required by law. You may ask Sponsor to stop future use of your Submission by emailing [support email], and Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to do so going forward; this does not require Sponsor to remove content already published or distributed.

7. Taxes

Recipients are responsible for any taxes associated with a reward or prize. Sponsor may request tax information where required by law.

8. Privacy

Information you provide is collected by Sponsor and used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility and deliver rewards and prizes, in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at [Privacy Policy link].

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with the Promotion, provides false information, submits content that is not their own, or acts in violation of these Official Rules. If the Promotion cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion, and may award rewards and the prize from among eligible submissions received before the cancellation, modification or suspension. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected submissions, including videos that fail to upload or email attachments that are not received.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By taking part, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates and their respective officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses or damages arising from your participation in the Promotion or the receipt or use of any reward or prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in [Los Angeles County], California.

12. Not Affiliated With Other Platforms

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube or Judge.me.

For the name of the contest winner, or for questions about the Promotion, email marketing@roberashop.com with the subject line "Share Your Round" within sixty (60) days after the Promotion Period ends.
