Introduction   

If the Robera NEO cannot be upgraded over-the-air (OTA) via the app, it can be upgraded manually through the built-in web service.

To perform the manual upgrade, please ensure you have the following ready: A device (e.g., a laptop, smartphone, computer, or tablet)，The firmware file (all_firmware_v1_0_4.zip.bin or similar name) downloaded to your device.

Your Robera NEO cart and its remote must be powered on and within range.

  Steps

Step 1.  Connect your device to the Robera NEO Wi-Fi hotspot with the following information:SSID: hotspot-QBXXXXXXXXXXXX (The serial number with a prefix hotspot-QB)     Security: This is an open network with no password.

Step 2.  Access the URL: http://10.42.0.1:8081/ in your browser.

Step 3.  Change the language in the interface.
